So I just got invited to a networking tool called Plaxo - http://www.plaxo.com/. I'm not quite sure what to expect from this - is it a networking tool, information storing site, potential recruiting tool? If anyone out there has any information to share about your experience with Plaxo, I'd love to hear it!!

Mission Statement

I will take action to improve my skills as an HR professional to improve processes and efficacy for hiring and provide value to the staffing process for my client while using my innate client focus and keen perceptivity of human behavior in order to hire quality technical professionals. Eventually, I will successfully become a top independent recruiting professional in California and nationwide.
