C/ C++/ Java Developer

Blue Oasis Technologies is currently seeking a C/ C++ developer for a 5 month project with a major employer in Rancho Bernardo. The position entails enhancing an existing product written in JAVA to expand its GUI capabilities and to participate in the testing of the overall product. It is important to have JAVA and C/C++ coding experience along with experience with developing application level software for Windows 2003 and Linux systems.

Responsibilities:

Involvement in the analysis, design, programming, and modifications for software products and/or customer applications.

Writing code and completes programming, testing, and debugging of applications.

Finalizing forms, procedures, and documentation needed for installation and maintenance of application programs.

Interfacing with marketing and customers to add new or custom features to company products.

May use a wide range of disciplines such as distributed networking and databases, communications, and multiprocessing applications.

May be involved in the development/support of BIOS, drivers or system software and tools such as ICE, soft-ICE, and kernel debugger.

Requirements:

Requires background in software engineering including analysis, design, implementation and verification.

Degree in computer science, and 2 to 4 years related experience.

Requires familiarity with many of these technologies: DOS/Windows, OS/2, 32-bit Windows Programming, OLE Automation and OLE Control, Win32 Windows Device Drivers, Windows NT, C++, Assembler, GUI, Java, Java Script, HTML, DHTML, Active Server Pages, OLE DB, DCOM, and ActiveX.
